Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of organic silicon modified quantum dots. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and dispersing a cation source and a polysiloxane solvent toobtain a cation precursor solution; and (2) injecting an anion source solution into the cation precursor solution, and performing a reaction to obtain the organic silicon modified quantum dots. The quantum dots containing siloxane ligands on the surfaces are directly synthesized through introducing a polysiloxane solution, and subsequent further modification through a silane coupling agent is notneeded, so the influence of the modification process on the optical performance of the quantum dots is avoided. The organic silicon modified quantum dots prepared by the preparation method have a highfluorescence quantum yield and a uniform particle size, and a film prepared from the organic silicon modified quantum dots has a high quantum efficiency and a good luminescence property. The preparation method has the advantag
