Composite ABS material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a composite ABS material. The composite ABS material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-90 parts of ABS resin, 10 to 20 parts of AS resin, 5-15 parts of glass fiber, 0-5 parts of a compatilizer, 0-2 parts of an anti-floating fiber agent, 0.1 to 1 part of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 2 parts of a lubricant, 1-3 parts of a toughening agent, and 0.1 to 2 partsof a coupling agent. The invention further provides a preparation method of the composite ABS material, and compared with glass fiber reinforced ABS resin which is not reinforced by AS resin, the composite ABS material is high in melt flow index and can be used for the injection molding production of large workpieces with complex structures, and meanwhile, the material has higher modulus and bending strength and can be applied to air conditioner structural parts with higher requirements on the comprehensive performance of products, such as centrifugal fan blades and the like. 本发明提供了一种复合ABS材料，包括按重量份数计的以下组分：ABS树脂45～90份；
