The impermeable high-strength concrete comprises: by mass,300-350 parts of cement, 700-750 parts of sand, 1050-1110 parts of broken stones, 80-150 parts of mineral admixtures, 80-120 parts of calcium carbonate, 100-125 parts of steel fibers, 100-150 parts ofpolycarbonate fibers, 5-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-8 parts of a tackifier, 3-5 parts of a defoaming agent and 130-180 parts of water. The steel fibers and the polycarbonate fibers are uniformly distributed in the concrete in the stirring process and are intertwined to form a plurality of disorderly distributed fiber skeleton supporting systems, so that the strength of the concrete after solidification is improved.
