Zusammenfassung: | The hydrogenization refining method for catalytic cracked gasoline is characterized in cascade of tow prevulcanized non-noble metal catalysts having different activity and different granule size, which are loaded in a reactor sectionally or in two reactors separately, the hydrogenization takes place under the condition of reaction temperature 150-300 deg.C., partial pressure of hydrogen 1.2-8.0 MPa, volume spatial velocity 4-0 and 1-15 per hour, hydrogen oil volume ratio 150-500 cubic nm/cubic m, weight ratio of cyclic and fresh raw oil 0.5-5:1. The diene ratio of the product is less than 1gI2/100g, induction period exceeds 480 min., the loss of octane ratio is less than 3 units. |
