Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a latent-heat storage material containing a supercooling inhibitor which, when contained in an aqueous inorganic-salt solution containing sodium chloride, can separate out as crystals without fail upon cooling to inhibit supercooling and the inclusion of which little lowers the melting point or the quantity of latent heat. The latent-heat storage material contains an aqueous sodium chloride solution and comprises: the aqueous sodium chloride solution having a eutectic concentration; and disodium hydrogen phosphate contained in an amount not less than the saturation concentration at0 DEG C in the aqueous sodium chloride solution having the eutectic concentration. Due to this, the use of the latent-heat storage material containing the supercooling inhibitor, which can separate out as crystals without fail upon cooling to inhibit supercooling and the inclusion of which little lowers the melting point or the quantity of latent heat, makes it possible to keep cool by means of sufficient quantity of lat
