One side of the horizontal device is connected with a vacuum pump through a first conveying pipe, the other side ofthe horizontal device is connected with a vertical device through a second conveying pipe, a pressure gauge and a first valve are arranged on the first conveying pipe, a second valve is arranged on the second conveying pipe, and an exhaust hole with a valve is formed in the upper end of the vertical device. An evaluation method using the device is provided.
