The simple core cylinder step diversion drainage structure comprises a core cylinder foundation and an out-of-cylinderraft foundation, wherein the core cylinder foundation is of an integral foundation structure which is formed by connecting an in-cylinder raft foundation, an in-cylinder elevator shaft foundation andan in-cylinder water collecting well foundation through the side wall of an in-cylinder concrete solid brick and descends in a stepped mode, and the out-of-cylinder raft foundation is connected withthe core cylinder foundation in a slope direction through the side wall of the core cylinder concrete solid brick; an out-of-cylinder pumping well is reserved outside the side wall of the core cylinder concrete solid brick between the in-cylinder water collecting well foundation and the out-of-cylinder raft foundation, and a connecting hole is formed in the side wall of the core cylinder concretesolid brick between the in-c
