Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a temperature-sensitive cell culture surface and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive cell culture surface comprises the followingsteps: 1) adding a temperature-sensitive monomer and a cross-linking agent into a solvent, and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain a temperature-sensitive solution; 2) putting a cell culture deviceinto a plasma generator for plasma treatment, wherein treatment time is 15 s-30 s; 3) uniformly coating the culture surface of the cell culture device having undergone surface pretreatment with the temperature-sensitive solution; 4) placing the coated cell culture device in a high-energy electron emitter for high-energy electron beam radiation grafting treatment; and 5) cleaning the cell culturedevice having undergone irradiation treatment.
