Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a device and a method for semi-reinforced furnace black production by increasing unit furnace productivity and yield. The device includes a combustion chamber, a tube furnace burner, a tube furnace natural gas preheater, a tube furnace burner and a tube furnace process air preheater. The tube furnace burner is provided with a first natural gas inlet, a combustion-supportingtail gas inlet and a second tail gas supporting air inlet. A second natural gas inlet and a natural gas outlet are provided on the top of the tube furnace natural gas preheater, wherein the natural gas and the combustion tail gas undergo radiant heat exchange. The side wall of the tube furnace process air preheater is provided with a process air inlet and a process air outlet. The process air andthe combustion exhaust gas undergo convective heat exchange.
