The composite material comprises composite particles, the composite particles contain phosphorus-accumulating bacteria Malikia spinosa ATCC 14606, and the composite particles comprise the following components by weight: 30-50 parts of iron tailing sand, 15-30 parts of steel slag, 10-20 parts of garden fallen leaves and 10-20 parts of clay. The composite material provided by the invention has the advantages of good treatment effect and low cost. The invention further provides a method for biogas slurry resourceful treatment, waste is treated with waste, and the method has important significance in protecting the ecological environment and promoting industrial and agricultural sustainable development.
