The method comprises the following steps that firstly, segmented installation precision control is conducted before web installation; 2, precision control is conducted during web scribing installation; wherein the levelness of the ship inner bottom section is within +/-3 mm, the web scribing deviation is +/-1 mm, the installation deviation is +/-2 mm, the web diagonal deviation of each container position is +/-3 mm, the levelness of four corners of a single web is +/-2 mm, thelevelness of three points of each box position is controlled to be 0, the levelness of a fourth point is controlled to be +/-3 mm, and the height difference is 5 mm. 3, the precision is checked afterthe web plate is mounted; a precision meter is used for self-inspection before and after the web is installed in a segmented mode, and the next procedure can be executed after precision inspection issubmitted to be qualified. |
