Waterproof shell of outdoor wireless electronic device

A waterproof shell is used for packaging a circuit board with an antenna. The waterproof shell comprises a shell body, a waterproof rubber mat and an end cover. The shell is provided with an accommodating space and a side opening which are communicated with each other, and the accommodating space is configured to accommodate a circuit board; the waterproof rubber mat comprises a body and an extension part. The body covers the side opening, and the extending part extends out of the body. The end cover abuts against the side, away from the containing space, of the body and is fixed to the shellso that a box body can be formed by the end cover and the shell.
