Zusammenfassung: | The invention requests to protect an adaptive mode switching circuit applied to a high-efficiency DC-DC converter. The circuit mainly comprises a triangular wave generation circuit, a shielding signalgeneration circuit and a pulse width modulation circuit. And the pulse width modulation loop and the shielding signal generation circuit realize adaptive modulation mode switching. The triangular wave generation circuit is used for generating a frequency fixed triangular wave signal VRAMP and a pulse signal VCLK, wherein the VRAMP and a reference voltage VI pass through a comparator COMP1 to generate a clock signal with the same period as a PWM control square wave, and the clock signal and the VCLK pass through an RS trigger to form a pulse signal VCLK1 having the same clock rising edge withthe PWM signal.
