The invention provides an automatic sheet arranging device for punching sheets. The device comprises a rack, a sheet arranging assembly and a limiting assembly, wherein the sheet arranging assembly and the limiting assembly are arranged on the rack. The sheet arranging assembly comprises a tray, a guide plate and a rotating mechanism, wherein the guide plate and the rotating mechanism are arrangedon the tray. A punching sheet is sleeved on the rotating mechanism; the rotating mechanism is used for driving the punching sheet to rotate around the circumferential direction of the tray; the edges, deviating from the center of the tray, of the punching sheets are in contact with the guide plate; and the limiting assembly is used for blocking the punching sheet, so that the punching sheet slides down to the tray along the guide plate.
