Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention provides an advertisement putting monitoring method, device and system based on image recognition, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a monitoring image of an advertisement currently played by advertisement playing equipment, and enabling the advertisement to comprise an image and/or a video; obtaining an advertisement manuscript stored in a preset database, wherein the advertisement manuscript is stored after being audited; comparing the monitoring image to be compared with the advertisement manuscript; and when the comparison result is inconsistent,determining that the advertisement currently played by the advertisement playing device is abnormal, and outputting early warning information.
