The method comprises two stages of off-line modeling and on-line monitoring.The off-line modeling stage comprises the following steps of firstly taking a batch of normal data and four batches of fault data as the training samples, carrying out off-line training on a network,labeling the data, after the network training is completed, obtaining the weight parameters for on-line monitoring, and the online monitoring stage comprises the following steps of taking the newly acquired data as the test data, and performing online monitoring by adopting the same steps as the offline training network. The output result of the on-line monitoring adopts a one-hot coding mode to realize the zero-one discrimination of the on-line monitoring output result so as to realize the fault monitoring.
