The method comprises the steps of receiving and collecting the GPS navigation message, calculating the intra-week seconds and subframe numbers of the navigation message which should be received currently, reconstructing the conversion words in eachsubframe, calculating a currently predicted page number by using a local clock, reproducing the navigation message locally, searching in a neighborhood range of the local clock counting when a navigation signal is unlocked, and the like.
