The invention provides a non-contact measuring tool. The tool comprises a base. A lead screw a and a polish rod are vertically arranged on the base. The lower end of the lead screw a is mounted on thebase through a bearing. The lead screw a is provided with two lead screw nuts which are arranged up and down. The lead screw nut can slide up and down along the polish rod a. A supporting table is arranged on the lead screw nut positioned at the lower part. A polish rod b and a polish rod c which are horizontally arranged are arranged on the supporting table. The polish rod b is perpendicular tothe polish rod c. A rectangular structure is formed by the polish rod b, the polish rod c, and the two horizontally-arranged concave grooves. A horizontally-arranged lead screw b and a horizontally-arranged lead screw c are installed on the polish rod b and the polish rod c respectively in a matched mode, a laser measuring instrument is installed at the intersection of the lead screw b and the lead screw c in a matched mod
