Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of "chain grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler" oxidation pellet production technologies, and particularly discloses a method for preventing refractory material bursting of a ring cooler material receiving hopper: (1) refractory materials containing 8-12wt% of water are poured on four pieces of steel armor of the ring cooler material receiving hopper, whereinthe thickness of the refractory materials is 240-250mm; (2) the feeding amount of the ring cooler material receiving hopper is adjusted to keep the temperature of the atmosphere in the ring cooler material receiving hopper at 250-320 DEG C for 6-8 hours; and (3) the feeding amount of the ring cooler material receiving hopper is increased to keep the atmosphere temperature in the ring cooler material receiving hopper at 470-530 DEG C for 18-16h.
