Zusammenfassung:A connection device for a big cover passage in a titanium sponge distillation production period comprises flange holes (1), long grooves (2) and a concave groove (3). The concave groove (3) is in an annular shape, is formed in the center of one side of the connection device and is internally provided with an asbestos cord. The two long grooves (2) are formed in the positions, located on the upperand lower edges of the concave groove (3), of the connection device correspondingly and are internally provided with seal rings. The six flange holes (1) are evenly distributed in the circumference. Through the connection device, the problem of welding quality of the big cover passage is solved, the product air inlet probability is lowered, and production quality of titanium sponge is improved. The passage device is adopted for connection, the production cycle is shortened by 15 hours compared with the prior art, and argon consumption and power consumption cost is reduced.
