Method for conditioning antigen-presenting cells

The invention discloses a method for conditioning antigen-presenting cells. Under an in-vitro condition, and in the presence of nucleotide, an antigen is added into the antigen-presenting cells, and the antigen-presenting cells with the added antigen are dendritic cells. Through properties of the antigen-presenting cells, a medicine for treating cancers and infections can be prepared; in addition,since the nucleotide has a property of activating the antigen-presenting cells, the nucleotide can be used as an antigen-presenting cell activator; by using the antigen-presenting cell activator, theantigen-presenting cells can be conditioned in vitro; and if the antigen-presenting cell activator is applied to a patient, the illness state of the patient can be improved by activating the antigen-presenting cells. 本发明公开了一种抗原呈递细胞的调制方法，为在体外条件、核苷酸存在的情况下，在抗原呈递细胞中加入抗原；所述加入抗原的抗原呈递细胞为树状细胞。本发明利用抗原呈递细胞的性质，可以制造用于治疗癌症和感染症的药物；此外，由于核苷酸具有活化抗原呈递细胞的性质，可以作为抗原呈递细胞活化剂；通过利用抗原呈递细胞活化剂，在体外可以调制抗原呈递细胞；如果将其施用于患者，可以通过活化抗原呈递细胞来改善患者病情。
