The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, pre-dispersing redox graphene powder and an activating agent in ethanol; adding a silane coupling agent, a dispersing agent and a dispersing aid for high-speed shearing, filtering and drying to obtain silane modified graphene; performing dry grinding on the silane modified graphene and part of PA66 resin, adding the rest of PA66 resin, a flexibilizer, an antioxidant and a heat stabilizer, uniformly stirring, performing melt extrusion granulation by using a double-screw extruder, and drying particles to obtain the acid and alkali resistant nylon cable tie material.
