Double-speed winch with adjustable rotating speed

The invention discloses a double-speed winch with an adjustable rotating speed. The double-speed winch comprises a shell. A windlass is rotationally connected in the shell. A winch shaft is connectedin the windlass in a penetrating manner. A low-speed clutch static plate is connected to one end of the winch shaft in a sleeving manner, and a high-speed clutch static plate is connected to the otherend of the winch shaft in a sleeving manner. A low-speed drive motor is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the shell through a bolt, and a high-speed drive motor is fixed to the outer wall of theouter side of the shell through a bolt. A low-speed clutch mechanism and a high-speed clutch mechanism are arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the winch, in the shell.
