Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a non-return bottle cap and a check valve thereof. The non-return bottle cap comprises a body. The check valve and an outlet injection piece are fixed in the body. The check valve is provided with a valve sheet and a plurality of position outlet injection holes. When the valve sheet covers a supporting portion of the body and seals a through hole, the outlet injection holes are closed, and the check valve is in a closed state. The valve sheet is elastically deformed and arched under pressure from the through hole, the arched valve sheet makes the through hole be completely opened, the outlet injection holes are unblocked, and the check valve is in a release state.
