Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing NiTi memory alloy springs by amorphous molds. The method comprises the steps of 1) cold drawing treatment: NiTi memory alloy wires are cold drawn; 2) formation of springs by winding: the NiTi memory alloy wires cold drawn in the step 1) are wound as the springs; and 3) shaping and heating: the springs wound in the step 2) are shaped and heated in a non-constraint state to obtain the NiTi memory alloy springs. The method prepares the shape memory alloy springs without needing shaping molds, and can prepare the memory alloy springs with complex structures.
