The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, removing impurities on thesurfaces of the abalone shells, then crushing the abalone shells, sieving the crushed abalone shells with a 100-mesh sieve, and placing the sieved abalone shells in a dryer for later use; and S2, mixing the powder obtained in the step S1 with amino acids, adding a certain proportion of distilled water, carrying out ultrasonic stirring, cooling and suction filtration, carrying out vacuum concentration in a rotary evaporator to obtain paste, drying and crushing the paste to obtain amino acid chelated calcium powder, and measuring the chelating rate of the amino acid chelated calcium powder.
