Zusammenfassung:A comparator circuit system comprises an input pair circuit, a load circuit and a compensation circuit. The input pair circuit is used for comparing a first input signal with a second input signal tocontrol a first bias current. The load circuit is coupled to the input pair circuit and configured to output an output signal having a first level from a first output terminal of the load circuit in response to the first bias current. The compensation circuit is coupled to the input pair circuit and the load circuit and is used for drawing a compensation current from the first output end to a voltage source during the period that the load circuit generates an output signal with a first level, and the voltage source is used for providing a voltage with a second level. 比较器电路系统包含一输入对电路、一负载电路以及一补偿电路。输入对电路用以比较一第一输入信号与一第二输入信号以控制一第一偏压电流。负载电路耦接至输入对电路,并用以响应于第一偏压电流以自负载电路的一第一输出端输出具有一第一位准的输出信号。补偿电路耦接至输入对电路与负载电路,并用以在负载电路产生具有第一位准的输出信号的期间,自第一输出端汲取一补偿电流至一电压源,其中电压源用以提供一第二位准的一电压。
