Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an asymmetric special-shaped upper and lower tube active clamping flyback converter. The upper tube uses a super-junction power MOSFET tube, and the lower tube uses a GaN power tube. A GaN power tube is used as a lower tube, so that the characteristics of high switching speed and low turn-off loss are brought into full play, and the upper tube uses a super-junction power MOSFET tube, so that the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, due to the fact that a device with higher on-resistance is used in the upper tube, the parasitic capacitance of the upper tube is smaller, and lossgenerated by a primary side current falling pit is reduced. Compared with an upper tube and a lower tube or a super-junction power MOSFET tube or a gallium nitride GaN power tube adopted at the same time in the current market, the whole device can give full play to the characteristics of two different devices, guarantees the performance optimization of equipment, and also can reduce the cost.
