ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

An organic light-emitting display device for simplifying a structure and a manufacturing process thereof is provided. A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed by the same mask process as anactive layer, and each of the source electrode and the drain electrode exposes a side surface of the active layer. Since each of the source electrode and the drain electrode is directly connected tothe active layer and there is no separate contact hole, the total number of contact holes can be reduced and thus the aperture ratio can be improved.
