The intelligent refrigerated container comprises a container body, a refrigerator arranged on the container body and an intelligent terminal, wherein the intelligent terminal comprises a communication module, a data acquisition module and a control module. The communication module comprises a satellite communication module and a mobile communication module, communicates with the server side through at least one of the satellite communication module and the mobile communication module, and can switch communication modes in a self-adaptive switching manner; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring state data of the intelligent refrigerated container; the control module is electrically connected with the data acquisition module and the communication module, and the control module sends the state data to the server through the communication module.
