Extraction, separation and detection method of N-nitrosamine

The invention discloses an extraction, separation and detection method of N-nitrosamine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding an N-nitrosamine test sample into an aqueous solvent, anddissolving to obtain an aqueous solution; (2) adding a non-aqueous solvent into the aqueous solution in the step (1), fully mixing to obtain a mixed solution, and separating out the non-aqueous solution as an extracting solution; (3) repeating non-aqueous solvent addition and non-aqueous solution separation in the step (2) on the residual aqueous solution, and combining all extracting solutions toobtain an N-nitrosamine extracting solution; (4) carrying out rotary evaporation or nitrogen blowing on the N-nitrosamine extracting solution, removing most of the solvent, and concentrating to 0.1-10ml to obtain an N-nitrosamine concentrated solution; and (5) carrying out gas chromatographic analysis and/or liquid chromatographic analysis on the N-nitrosamine concentrated solution.
