Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultra-deep OCT system device based on an Airy beam and tissue transparency technology. Gaussian laser beams are converted into Airy beams through a phase mask plate, the Airy beams are used for scanning a sample so that the diffraction effect of light can be effectively reduced, the penetration depth of the beams in sample tissue is increased, and then imaging depth ofan OCT system is increased. After a sample is subjected to chemical reagent transparency treatment, the light beam attenuation degree is reduced, and the purposes of ultrahigh resolution and ultra-deep imaging can be achieved.
