Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for predicting the failure load of an adhesive joint under the coupling effect of damp-heat aging and service temperature. The method comprises the following steps: 1,quasi-static failure loads of the adhesive joint are tested at different service temperatures, a service temperature factor of the adhesive joint without aging is obtained, and a service temperature factor function omega=f(T) of the adhesive joint without aging is obtained; 2, accelerated aging is conducted on the adhesive joint for different times, quasi-static failure load testing is conducted at the normal temperature, and aging factors of the aged adhesive joint at the normal temperature are obtained; an aging factor function omega=g(Tc) of the aging adhesive joint is obtained atnormal temperature; 3, accelerated aging is conducted on the adhesive joint for different time, quasi-static failure load testing is conducted at different service temperatures, damp and hot aging andservice temperature coupling factor |
