The invention relates to an anti-electric plug that comprises a core tube and an outer blind tube, wherein the core tube is a through tube with two open ends; the outer blind tube is a blind tube withone open end and one closed end. The outer blind tube is arranged on the periphery of the core tube in a sleeving mode, and a gap is formed between the outer blind tube and the core tube. A tube opening of the outer blind tube is connected with the first end of the core tube in a sealed mode, the second end of the core tube is inserted into the outer blind tube in a suspended mode and communicated with the gap; a tube section, close to the first end, of the outer blind tube is provided with a water distribution hole communicated with the gap, and the outer blind tube and the core tube are both insulating pipes.
