The method includes the following steps of firstly, dividing a room; secondly, digging an along-vein courtyard; thirdly, constructing a connection roadway; fourthly, digging an ore output connection roadway; fifthly, arranging a bottom structure of the room; sixthly, constructing an undercutting roadway; seventhly, constructing an along-vein measure courtyard; eighthly, drilling deep holes; ninthly, performing blasting; and tenthly, executing the seventh step, the eighth step and the ninth step again on a second layer and subsequent layers above a first layer to perform retreating type mining until the requirement for the mining height of the room is met.
