Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an ultra-strong corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy section for aerospace and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy processing. The invention aims to solve the problems of low room-temperature tensile strength and compression yield strength of the existing ultra-strong aluminum alloy section for aerospace. The method comprises the following steps of: smelting an aluminum ingot, cathode copper, a primary magnesium ingot, a zinc ingot and an aluminum-zirconium alloy ingot to obtain a molten aluminum alloy; casting the molten aluminum alloy into an aluminum alloy round cast ingot, and then performing annealing to obtain a section blank; extruding the section blank under a heating condition to obtain a hot extrusion section;quenching the hot extrusion section, then carrying out water extraction, and then performing stretching to obtain a stretched section bar; straightening the stretched sectional material to obtain thestraightened section; and
