Primer combination and application thereof

The structure of a to-be-amplified object that the primer combination is suitable for comprises a first fixed sequence, a variable sequence and a second fixed sequence which are sequentially arranged from 5' to 3'. The primer combination at least comprises a first forward primer and a second forward primer. The structure of the first forward primer comprises a 5'-random sequence-specific amplification sequence-3', and the structure ofthe second forward primer comprises a 5'-specific amplification sequence-3'. When the primer combination is used for preparing a library, the fixed base proportion brought by a fixed sequence in the to-be-amplified object can be balanced, so that the base proportion of each position is suitable for sequencing requirements, and the problems of complicated operation and low sequencing data quality in the prior art are solve
