Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of F-55 high fructose corn syrup, which comprises the following steps: evaporating and concentrating an F-42 high fructose corn syrup pre-evaporation material to obtain a concentrated solution; cooling the obtained concentrated solution, adding seed crystals when the temperature is reduced to 35-40 DEG C, continuously cooling to 25 DEG C, and maintainingthe temperature to grow crystals; centrifugally separating obtained crystals to obtain crystals, namely glucose, and a liquid, namely a high fructose corn syrup crude product; and concentrating the obtained high fructose corn syrup crude product to obtain F-55 high fructose corn syrup.
