Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ablation-free agent for a brake pad, a preparation method and an application method thereof, and a brake pad, wherein the ablation-free agent is prepared from the followingraw material components in percentage by mass: 16-20% of a liquid phenol formaldehyde resin, 2-6% of a liquid epoxy resin, 10-20% of composite mineral fiber, 4-12% of iron oxide black, 4-12% of synthetic graphite, 1-3% of nanometer spherical aluminum oxide, 1-3% of chromium oxide green, 10-15% of reduced iron powder and 20-38% of calcium carbonate. The ablation-free agent of the invention can effectively improve the initial braking efficiency of a brake pad and reduce the initial braking noise, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and has a certain cost advantage.
