Disulfide analogue of antidiuretic hormone and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a disulfide analogue of antidiuretic hormone and a preparation method thereof. An antidiuretic hormone disulfide analogue which is stable under a reduction condition is obtained by replacing a disulfide bond of antidiuretic hormone serving as a polypeptide drug. The synthesis of target polypeptide is realized by an Fmoc solid-phase synthesis method; and the disulfide analogue of antidiuretic hormone is obtained by purifying and freeze-drying a crude product. Reduction stability experiments show that the disulfide analogue of antidiuretic hormone has high reduction stability. 本发明公开了一种加压素的二硫类似物及其制备方法，通过对多肽药物加压素进行二硫键的替换得到一种还原条件下稳定的加压素二硫类似物，目标多肽的合成是通过Fmoc固相合成方法实现，粗品经纯化，冻干得到加压素的二硫类似物。还原稳定性实验表明本发明加压素的二硫类似物具有良好的还原稳定性。
