Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an anisotropic cesium-lead-chlorine perovskite micron sheet and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: firstly dissolving PbCl2, CsCl and CH3(CH2)3NH3Iin DMSO respectively to obtain a precursor solution, then dripping the precursor solution onto a preheated substrate, further conducting heating for 5-20min, and flushing the substrate with a solventto obtain the anisotropic CsPbCl3 perovskite micron sheet. The method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple process, no need for vacuum and low-temperature operation, and the obtained cesium-lead-chlorine perovskite micron sheet has optical anisotropy and can be applied to polarization detectors, sensors and other fields. 本发明公开了一种各向异性铯铅氯钙钛矿微米片及其制备方法,该制备方法中先将PbCl、CsCl、和CH(CH)NHI分别在DMSO中溶解,得到前驱体溶液,然后将前驱体溶液滴到经过预热的基底上,继续加热5-20min,用溶剂冲洗基底后,得到各向异性CsPbCl钙钛矿微米片。本发明方法工艺简单,无需真空,低温操作,所得微米片尺寸可调,得到的铯铅氯钙钛矿微米片具有光学各向异性,可用于偏光探测器、传感器等多个领域。
