Zusammenfassung:	To provide a packaging bag 1 formed by the following method. There is provided the packaging bag 1 where a laminate 10 that has a paper base material 8, a foam sheet 7 formed from a polyolefin resin laminated on the inside of the paper base material 8 and a sealant layer 9 laminated on the inside of the foam sheet 7 is formed in a bag shape with its sealant layer 9 directed inside, where a thickness of the foam sheet 7 is 0.8-5.0 mm, an expansion ratio of the foam sheet 7 is 15-50 times, and a stiffness strength in an MD direction of the paper base material 8 is 150-700 mN. 包装袋(1)是通过以下方式而形成的包装袋：将具有纸基材(8)、层叠于纸基材(8)的内侧的由聚烯烃树脂构成的发泡片材(7)、以及层叠于发泡片材(7)的内侧的密封层(9)的层叠体(10)以密封层(9)为内侧的方式形成为袋形状。该包装袋(1)中，发泡片材(7)的厚度为0.8mm至5.0mm，发泡片材(7)的发泡倍率为15倍至50倍，纸基材(8)的MD方向的抗弯刚度为150mN至700mN。
