The system comprises a central control host, a charger, a T-BOX and a man-machine interaction module; the man-machine interaction module is connected with the central control host and used for inputting and selecting a charging mode through the man-machine interaction module, the charging mode comprises an instant charging mode and a time-sharing charging mode, the central control host is connected with the TBOX and the charger, and the charger controls charging according to the charging mode; and the TBOX carries out timing in the time-sharing charging mode and sends a control signal to the charger to control the charger to carry out charging when the time reaches the time corresponding to the time-sharing charging mode.
