The horizontal hydraulic oil pressing device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a limiting frame and a pressing device, wherein the pressing device comprises an upper inserting plate, a lower inserting plate and a pressing mechanism, a space for containing the pressing is arranged in the limiting frame, the upper inserting plate andthe lower inserting plate are arranged on the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the limiting frame respectively, one end of the upper inserting plate and one end of the lower inserting plate are connected through a hydraulic connecting plate, one side of the hydraulic connecting plate is fixed to the hydraulic cylinder through a flange, the hydraulic connecting plate is compressed and reset through the hydraulic cylinder, the other side of the hydraulic connecting plate is connected with the pressing mechanism, and the pressing mechanism comprises a plurality of sets of U-shaped partition plates which are c
