According to the two Pd(II)-NHC catalysts of the invention, K2PdCl4 is used as a precursor, ligands H2L1 and H2L2 are respectively obtained by carrying out a condensation reaction on bis(1-imidazolyl)methane and N-(2-chlorphenyl)acetamide and on bis(1-imidazolyl)methane and N-(2-chloro-(2,6-diisopropyl)acetamide, and the catalysts Pd-(H2L1) and Pd-(H2L2) are prepared through a step-by-step synthesis method.
