The system comprises a breeding house, a floor drain mechanism and a compost pool, wherein the bottom of the breeding house is provided with a plurality of first leak grooves; a first water sprayer is arranged at the bottom end of the side wall of the breeding house; the floor drain mechanism comprises a waste liquid hopper and a first diversion pipe; the waste liquid hopper is provided with a conical waste liquid cavity having an upward opening; the waste liquid cavity is positioned under the breeding house and iscommunicated with each first leak groove; a waste liquid outlet is formed in the bottom end of the waste liquid hopper, and is communicated with the waste liquid cavity; one end of the first diversion pipe is communicated with the waste liquid outlet; and the compost tank is provided with a compost cavity having an upward opening, and is communicated with the other end of the first diversion pipe.
