The invention relates to a heating, power supply and energy storage device based on an arid region. The device comprises a wind driven generator, a photovoltaic generator and a box body. The wind driven generator and the photovoltaic generator are arranged outside the box body, a heat preservation water tank is arranged at the upper end in the box body, an electric heating wire and a temperature sensor are arranged in the heat preservation water tank, cooling fins and thermoelectric power generation pieces are arranged in the middle, a cold water tank and a water pump are arranged at the lowerend, and all the parts are connected through water pipes with valves to form a flow channel from top to bottom.
