Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an RCF reinforced PA66 material based on an ultrasonic technology and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a regenerated carbon fiber master batch from regenerated carbon fibers, an adhesive, an active auxiliary agent and a dispersing agent; preparing a premix from PA66 resin, a graft and an antioxidant; and extrudingand granulating the regenerated carbon fiber master batch and the premix. According to the preparation method based on the ultrasonic technology provided by the invention, problems in blanking duringextrusion granulation of RCF are solved; the RCF reinforced PA66 material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention maintains 92% or more of the performance of a CFRP material, wherein a material can be regarded as a qualified RCF reinforced material if maintaining 85% or more of the performance of the CFRP material in the industry; and the production of a CFRP composite material is made possible throu
