Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-strength modified nylon material for automobiles. The nylon material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 120 parts of nylon resin, 25 to 30parts of glass fiber, 25 to 30 parts of carbon fiber, 10 to 15 parts of modified montmorillonite, 2 to 5 parts of silicon dioxide, 10 to 15 parts of methyl acrylate, 1 to 3 parts of a dispersing agentand 1 to 3 parts of a coupling agent. According to the nylon material disclosed by the invention, the glass fibers and the carbon fibers are added to enhance the strength of nylon; the modified montmorillonite is added to improve the toughness of the nylon; and the silicon dioxide, the methyl acrylate, the dispersing agent and the silane coupling agent are added as auxiliary agents and produce asynergistic effect, so the mechanical properties of the nylon material are guaranteed.
