Automatic transporting, air-drying and buffering device for sticky ring parts

The invention relates to an automatic transporting, air-drying and buffering device for viscous ring parts. The automatic transporting, air-drying and caching device mainly comprises a motor set, a lifting pull rod electromagnet set, a supporting rod, a tire bead pushing spring, a driving motor, an air-drying air fan, a torque detection sensor, a self-adjusting balancing weight and a buffer pool.The motor set and the electromagnet set are cooperated to connect with the supporting rod alternatively and play a support role, a space for tire beads to pass through is provided, and the tire beadsare sequentially air-dried and cached in a first-in first-out mode. The tire bead pushing spring is connected with the driving motor, and a system controls the driving motor to work to drive the tirebead pushing spring to effectively rotate so as to drive the tire beads to move forwards sequentially. The torque detection sensor is arranged at the end part of the supporting rod and cooperated withthe self-adjusting balancin
